Name:  Pet Adoption Event
Date:  Saturday, June 8
Event Description:  Pine Haven Christian Communities is partnering with the Humane Society of Sheboygan County to hold an adoption event for pets at their Haven Drive campus. The Humane Society will bring both cats and dogs in need of loving homes to the Community Center at the Haven Drive campus of Pine Haven. Residents will be able to visit with the pets as guests come to find the next addition to their home. “This year’s adoption event will be bigger than last year,” said Pine Haven’s community outreach director, Karin Oliver-Kreft. “The Humane Society is partnering with us and is excited by the large space we have to offer in our Community Center, so this year, they plan to bring more pets than last year!” Refreshments will be served. All are invited to come enjoy this free event.

Date:  Saturday mornings starting May 25
Time:  8:30am – 12:30pm
Event Description:  Elkhart Lake’s Farmers & Artisans Market in the Village Square is a Saturday morning tradition.  Pick up fresh seasonal vegetables, flowers, cheeses, local arts and specialty products from approximately 70 vendors.  Every item sold is produced locally in the state of Wisconsin by the person right behind the stand!  Grab your reusable grocery bags and head to the square.

Name:  Plymouth Dirt Track Racing
Date:  Saturday nights starting May 25
Time:  5:00pm – 11:00pm
Event Description:  Plymouth Dirt Track Racing provides great racing action on a 1/3 mile clay oval track. Action packed weekly shows consist of 360 Sprint Cars, Late Models, Grand Nationals and B Mods. Racing is held most Saturday nights from late April through September. Other special events are mixed in throughout the season.

Name:  2019 Kickoff: Someplace Better Intern & Co-op Program
